Preparing your letter

Writing, file preparation, and previews run in your browser. An unsent draft is held in the page’s memory and can be cleared when you refresh or leave. Previewing alone does not upload your document or addresses to Pigeon Stamp.

Placing an order

When ordering is open and you choose checkout, Pigeon Stamp receives your approved PDF, page count, single or double-sided print choice, recipient and return addresses, and receipt email. These are stored in a protected order database and private file storage to prepare and fulfill your letter. The operator can access them to print, address, and mail your order. Your printed letter is physically handled during fulfillment; this is not an end-to-end encrypted mailing service.

Payments

Stripe processes payment on its own hosted checkout page. Pigeon Stamp does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe may receive the payment amount, receipt email, and order reference. Available payment methods depend on Stripe, your device, and wallet eligibility. Pigeon Stamp accepts an order only after a verified successful payment.

One envelope, one price

The agreed price is $4 for up to four color sheets (single or double-sided), plus 50¢ for each additional sheet, including the required First-Class letter postage. Paper measures 8½ × 11 inches (U.S. Letter). The planned cap is 15 sheets: up to 15 single-sided pages or 30 double-sided printed pages, reduced if our actual paper and envelope test requires it. A sealed letter must weigh no more than 3.5 oz, be no thicker than ¼ inch, and stay flat and flexible. We do not provide larger envelopes, packages, multiple-envelope orders, Certified Mail, or guaranteed delivery dates.

Print approval and mailing

You are responsible for reviewing every page and checking both addresses before payment. Only send documents you have permission to reproduce and mail. We print the approved file on ordinary U.S. Letter paper and mail it as an ordinary stamped letter. A delivery address has format checks but is not automatically verified with USPS.

Order changes and problems

If a letter cannot be mailed within the service limits, it will not be sent using a different package. Contact us about an order correction, cancellation, or printing problem before it is mailed. Once an envelope is in the mail, its contents and destination cannot be changed. Any refund must be processed through Stripe by the operator.

Storage and access

Letter files and order details are used for fulfillment and resolving order issues. They are not published on the website. The print queue requires the owner’s ChatGPT sign-in. Pigeon Stamp does not sell your letter contents or mailing addresses. Basic hosting logs and brief abuse-prevention records may be used to keep the service operating.
